New items are exactly that – new, never used. New items may or may not include retail packaging, which will be specified in the item description.

All of the used parts we sell are cleaned, examined, described and photographed to the best of our ability. However, please keep in mind that these are used parts and may exhibit signs of normal usage. And as with all used parts, there is always the possibility that damage may exist that is not readily visible. If you have any questions regarding any of the parts listed, the time to ask them is PRIOR to making your purchase.
