Payment The only method of payment currently available for items purchased through this website is Paypal, which allows you to use your Visa/Mastercard/Discover /American Express credit cards. Shipping Shipping is generally via USPS, but larger items may be shipped via UPS/Fedex or Truck Freight (engines) . There will be an additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International shipment via the US Postal Service is available to most countries for most items (please email us to inquire about international shipping). There will be an additional charge for International shipments. Items will be combined for shipment on multiple purchases whenever practical/possible. Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping but is offered at checkout. Item Availability All used items shown for sale are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment (not including weekends/holidays). However, please be advised that international shipments and some larger items such as frames and engines may take up to 72 hours to ship. All Special Order New items will be shipped once they are received from Ducati – generally within 5–7 business days. All Special Order Used items will be once they are received – generally within 5–7 business days. Return Policy All non–electrical Used parts purchased through our website come with a 7–DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE Any purchase that is made where the buyer believes that our description of the item does not faithfully represent the product received, please contact us via email at sales@ducatidepot.com and include item number(s), part number(s), and an explanation of the problem. In some instances we may require that photographs be taken to provide reasonable proof of defectiveness or to help us to better understand the problem. Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection. If an incorrect item is received, the correct/replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. If we cannot replace it a refund will be promptly issued. In those instances where appropriate, a return shipping label will be sent via email. It must be printed by you and placed on the return item. It will then need to be taken to a USPS drop–off location (aka your local Post Office). Otherwise, reasonable return shipping charges will be refunded or free S&H on will be issued on your next order. Special Order items and electrical components are non–refundable. Auction Policy Due to the nature of auctions and associated costs involved, all of are auction items are sold "as–is", with no warranty either expressed or implied. We do NOT accept returns for eBay auction items unless the incorrect item was shipped or there was a material mistake in the item description. In those rare instances where we do make a mistake, we gladly exchange your item for the correct item or refund your purchase price depending on item availability. Shipping costs are non–refundable. |
