Return Policy

We do not accept returns for parts unless the item is non-functional when received, the incorrect item was shipped or there was a material mistake in the item description. All of the parts we sell come with a “No DOA” guarantee – the item will be functional and as-described when you receive it. Aside from that “No DOA” guarantee, we do not offer extended warranties of any kind.  If an incorrect/non-functional item is received, a replacement item will be sent out once the incorrect item is returned to us with the shipping label that we provide. If we cannot replace the item/do not have a comparable item available, a refund will be promptly issued.  

Shipping costs are non–refundable.

Any purchase that is made where the buyer believes that our photos and description of the item do not faithfully represent the product received, please contact us via email at metroduc@cfl.rr.com and include item description, part number (if applicable), and an explanation of the problem. In some instances we may require that a technician’s report be provided or photographs be taken to show reasonable proof of defectiveness or to help us to better understand the problem. Any product may be returned at the cost of the buyer for our inspection.

Special Order items are non–refundable in all instances.

Most new items we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty period varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.  New open-box items may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

For ECU’s and ECU service, we offer the same “No DOA” guarantee that we offer on the rest of our parts - our ECU´s will work as they should when you receive them. All of the ECU´s and ECU services that we sell are guaranteed to work upon delivery or we will replace the unit.  Again, aside from that “No DOA” guarantee, we do not offer extended warranties of any kind on our ECU’s.”
